Requirements.
  • Management experience of a year or more required 
  • At least one year Primrose experience in the Venture program 
  • More than one year Teaching expereince within a Texas Childcare Facility 
  • Flexibility in work schedule working all shifts at times but regular hours of 930a-6p
  • Bachelors degreed requested but experience is best.

  • Participate in supporting teachers and curriculum in the Venture program
  • Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
  • Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
  • Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
  • Covering rooms where needed
